Head - Plant Accounts,

Location: Taloja

Purpose of the Job:

Manage the accounts & finances of the factory, satisfying all head office & statutory requirements, recording assets & inventory of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

1. HO Requirements: Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts as per time schedule
2. Audit Requirements: Statutory, internal and income tax related audit compliance
3. Factory Requirements: Invoicing for customers, materials, wages and labor payroll
4. MIS and reporting of scrap, yield, rejects and conversion cost
5. Statutory Requirements: Income tax, provident fund, ESI deposit of dues & submission of returns as per rules

• Working in SAP environment in FICO / SD / MM & PP Modules,
• Budgeting, Product Costing & Variance Analysis,
• Capitalization of Fixed Assets
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Closing of books of accounts and MIS preparation,
• Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation with special emphasis on Income Tax TDS and GST,
• Attending various internal and External Audits,
• Work as a member of team and participate in cross functional problem resolution teams,

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification

Work Experience

Qualified CA or ICWA accountant

10-15 years of experience in the accounting function of a manufacturing organization

Reports to (Direct) - Chief Operating Manager

Reports to ( Functional ) - Head Corporate Accounts
