Job Description:


Financial Performance (P&L ownership):

  • Deliver project profitability as per approved business plan (NBV, NOS, EBIDTA, ROCE, etc)
  • Monitor revenue recognition, cost control, and cash flow.
  • Drive cost optimization and value engineering.


Project Delivery and Execution:

  • Ensure timely completion of all phases of the projects – oversee planning, procurement and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
  • Align execution with sales release and customer possession timelines, as per marketing timelines.


Manage Sales and Customer Interface:

  • Support sales strategy through timely product readiness.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during handover.
  • Resolve escalations promptly.


Regulatory and Compliances:

  • Secure all statutory approvals (EC, RERA, utilities) and maintain compliances.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, environmental norms, and municipal obligations.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Interface with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Design).
  • Engage with external stakeholders (authorities, customers).


Risk Management:

  • Maintain risk register and mitigation plan.
  • Ensure robust reporting and governance frameworks for manage claims, disputes, and change orders.


Team Building and Process Improvement:

  • Build and lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Build and mentor team; streamline execution processes
  • Implement governance frameworks (RACI, dashboards).
  • Drive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build high-performing teams.
  • Drive performance culture and talent development.
  • Drive continuous process optimization, system integration, and automation
  • Competitors benchmarking and identifying areas of improvement


Requisite Qualification:


Essential: B.E. and MBA

Preferred: B.Tech / B.E. Civil and Post Graduation in ACM / Project Management Course



Requisite Experience:


Minimum 20 years in Real Estate Projects in Maharashtra with expertise in contracts, finance, regulatory and execution
