As the Head - Project Management, you will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple concurrent programs involving cross-functional engineering teams. You will be responsible for program governance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, resource optimization, and on-time delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving collaboration between Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and RF teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product development lifecycles.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multi-disciplinary programs spanning Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and RF engineering domains.

Define and implement robust project management frameworks, governance models, and best practices.

Drive program planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization.

Establish clear milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics to track project health and delivery outcomes.

Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges with proactive mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align project portfolios with business strategy and growth objectives.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in Project Leadership and Multi-Disciplinary Program Management across Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and RF domains.

Extensive experience in enterprise-level project planning, execution, and governance.

Proven ability to manage large budgets and multi-million-dollar programs.

Strong understanding of system integration, product lifecycle management, and engineering workflows.

Expertise in risk management, stakeholder communication, and change management.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid models).

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience with project management tools and enterprise planning systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, RF, Computer Science) or related field.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
