Head – Quality Control & Assurance(FrozenFood)

Mon Salwa (Quick Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring a Head – Quality Control & Assurance to lead our Quality team.

Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance by implementing robust quality standards across all production stages.
• Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of QA/QC systems in line with national and international food safety standards.
• Lead investigations of quality issues and non-conformities and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring the facility remains audit-ready and meets all certification and legal requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, and Procurement to resolve quality concerns and optimize efficiency.

Qualification: Master’s degree in food science, Biotechnology, or a related field from a recognized institution.Relevant certifications in food safety/quality systems are preferred.

Experience:10–12 years of progressive experience in Quality Control & Assurance, with at least 7 years in a managerial role within frozen food manufacturing.
