Head Spa Specialist

We combine Japanese Head Spa-inspired techniques with advanced scalp and skincare treatments in a serene, detail-oriented environment.

We are looking for a passionate, service-focused Head Spa Specialist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Perform luxury head spa, scalp wellness treatments, and facials
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish
• Educate clients on scalp, hair, and skin health
• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest sanitation standards
• Recommend retail products based on client needs
• Create a welcoming, calm, and professional environment
• Contribute to the overall guest experience through attention to detail and genuine hospitality

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Arizona Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for wellness and helping others feel their best

Preferred:

• Previous spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality experience
• Retail sales experience
• Experience performing scalp, skincare, massage, or relaxation-based services
• A strong desire to build a career in the spa and wellness industry
