Head Start Preschool Teacher Aide – Woodsfield Head Start Center

Starting Wage:

• $15.58 per hour with CDA
• $16.14 per hour with Associate's Degree

40 Hours per week; Monday - Friday 7:45am - 3:45pm

42 weeks per year

Major Responsibilities:

The purpose of this classification is to assist the teacher in providing care, supervision and teaching for a group of children in the Head Start Preschool classroom setting.

Classes consists of 15 children ages 3-5 years old.

Other duties may be required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).
• An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development is preferred.
