Responsibilities
Educational Background
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with AGEL’s renewable energy project goals and long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Oversee post-order management processes to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders for solar and wind farm projects.
- Manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain operations with construction schedules for ongoing projects.
- Optimize inventory management and logistics to support AGEL’s operational portfolio of projects.
- Deploy advanced technologies and analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with AGEL’s sustainability standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity and resilience.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability in supply chain operations.

Provide strategic insights and reports to the CEO, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Operations or Supply Chain preferred
- Proven expertise in supply chain management within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in post-order management, order execution, and supplier/vendor management.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale supply chain operations for utility-scale projects.
