Job Title: Head – Tool Maintenance
Location: Pune (Onsite)
Salary: ₹15,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Lead in-house Toolroom for tool manufacturing, die maintenance, and documentation.
• Oversee Breakdown, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for all dies.
• Guide team on Tool Management, Die History, SC/CC parameters, and maintenance systems.
• Manage Toolroom vendors and develop new vendors for outsourced tool manufacturing.
• Participate in APQP, DFMEA, Design Reviews and ensure First-Time-Right tool development.
• Implement Poka-Yoke, fail-safes, lessons learned, and customer-critical parameter controls.
• Set up and manage in-house Toolroom manufacturing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Stage & Progressive Die Maintenance.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, SAP, and Tool Management Systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership ability.
• Negotiation, conflict management, and change management skills.

Qualification:

• BE / NTTF with Advanced Tool & Die Qualification.

Experience:

• 15–20 years in Sheet Metal Die operations.
• 12–15 years of team handling experience.
• Age: 40–45 years.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

• Sheet metal Die: 10 years (Preferred)
