HEAD WAITER

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Head Waiters to join our opening team and deliver

exceptional service in a high-energy, luxury festive environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong fine dining background, thrives in fast-paced settings, and

combines leadership on the floor with a commercial mindset. A natural attention to detail,

confident guest engagement, and the ability to maximize revenue through service excellence

are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver refined service

- Lead a designated section and supervise junior waiters

- Drive premium upselling (champagne, signature dishes, high-value items)

- Manage VIP tables with discretion and confidence

- Ensure flawless service execution and timing

Profile

- + 4 years in luxury or festive dining

- Strong wine & beverage knowledge

- Knowledge of cocktails

- Professional grooming and presentation

- Fluent English
