Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate, fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory or head waitress role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and dining etiquette.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate waitstaff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Ability to handle guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the dining area to ensure high-quality service.
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide training where necessary.
- Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle reservations, special requests, and VIP guest arrangements.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and grooming standards for the service team.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager.
Preferred Background
- Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines.
- Customer service certifications or hospitality training (preferred but not mandatory).
