We are seeking for a dynamic and strategic Headhunter who can source, engage, and place talent across all levels - from senior/high level executives to mid level professionals, and blue collar workers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent judgment in assessing potential, and the ability to manage a broad talent pipeline with professionalism. This role requires fluency in English, as well as the capacity to work across diverse segments and maintain high standards of candidate experience and placement success.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and develop a diverse candidate pipeline covering executive, professional, and blue collar roles for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source candidates using various channels (networking, referrals, online platforms, field visits), including for blue collar positions.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, in person) tailored to the level of the candidate.
- Evaluate candidates based on resume screening, interview feedback, role requirements, and ability to meet expectations.
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, preserving a positive communication experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for outreach (calls, emails), interviews, shortlists, and placements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements for each level (high, mid, blue collar) and align candidate evaluation accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in English - spoken and written; ability to conduct interviews and assessments in English.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to adapt style when speaking with senior executives, professionals, or blue collar candidates.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple roles and keep tracking of pipelines for different levels.
- Interpersonal skills: able to build rapport with various types of candidates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High energy, passion, drive, and resilience.
- Demonstrated track record in achieving or exceeding recruitment/placement quotas (for different levels preferred).
- Experience recruiting across different levels (high, mid, blue collar) is a plus.
