Headmistress

Hamdard Public School invites applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate education professionals for the position of Headmistress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school.
• Ensure a high standard of teaching, learning, discipline, and student development.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
• Develop and implement educational strategies to improve academic performance.
• Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee daily school operations and effective utilization of resources.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline (M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role as Headmistress, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or similar position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of curriculum planning, school administration, and educational best practices.
• Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies will be an added advantage.
