We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Headmistress for our Korangi Campus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading a Secondary Section with Board of Secondary Education Karachi and Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKUEB)
• Master’s degree (B.Ed preferred)
• Strong academic leadership and daily operations management
• Ability to manage teaching staff and oversee Grades IX–XI
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents
• A proactive, people-oriented leader focused on student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic planning and implementation
• Manage staff performance and campus operations
• Support student achievement, especially at Secondary level
• Maintain strong parent relations
