Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Headmistress for the afternoon shift in Campus I to lead our Primary Section. The ideal candidate will ensure academic excellence, effective staff management, and holistic student development in alignment with the school’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily academic and administrative operations of the Primary Section.
• Mentor and manage teachers for effective classroom delivery.
• Ensure the implementation of the curriculum and achieve quality learning outcomes.
• Foster discipline, values, and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Principal on school policies and improvements.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education/related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching and leadership experience in primary education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
