Head Mistress (Primary Section Afternoon)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the primary afternoon department.
• Ensure the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Lead, train, and manage primary afternoon teaching staff.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's development.
• Monitor and assess child development and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Develop and manage the primary afternoon department budget.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
• Organise regular staff meetings and professional development sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Masters required in relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of Experience as a head mistress/ department Principal.
