We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dedicated School Principal to lead our academic and administrative operations, ensuring a high standard of education and student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the school, including academic programs, administration, and extracurricular activities.
- Implement and oversee curriculum standards aligned with national/international educational frameworks.
- Recruit, develop, and support faculty and staff through coaching, training, and evaluations.
- Build a positive school culture focused on student achievement, well-being, discipline, and innovation.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, teachers, and the broader community.
- Manage budgets, resources, and school facilities efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies.
- Set academic goals and track the progress of students and teachers toward those goals.
- Lead school improvement initiatives and develop strategic plans for school growth and excellence.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and 8 years in a leadership/administrative role.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with curriculum development, teacher evaluation, and educational technology integration.
- Passion for education and student development.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with [National Curriculum/IB/Cambridge/American Curriculum]
- Knowledge of child psychology and behavior management.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strong relationship-building skills with parents, students, and staff.
Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
