Lead Teacher For Homeschooling (Female only)

Job Summary:

The Head of Teachers is responsible for overseeing the teaching staff and ensuring the effective delivery of educational information to a grade 3 student. This role involves managing all aspects of teacher coordination, including session scheduling, planner creation, documentation, and presentations. The Head of Teachers will also be instrumental in developing innovative ideas and solutions to improve the teaching process and will be responsible for hiring and onboarding new teachers as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teacher Management: Oversee and support all teaching staff, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed for success.
• Session Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of all teaching sessions, ensuring a smooth and effective timetable.
• Planner Development: Create and maintain educational planners that align with the curriculum and educational goals.
• Documentation & Presentations: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and presentations related to educational activities and staff development.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Proactively develop new ideas and solutions to improve teaching methods and address any issues that arise.
• Teacher Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from identifying needs to hiring and onboarding new teachers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the administrative team and other departments to ensure alignment and support for educational initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and review the performance of teaching staff, providing feedback and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or educational management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Proficient in using educational technology and software tools.
• Creative problem-solving and innovation in educational settings.
• The teacher is required to come on-site to Johar Town, Lahore, to the student's home.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
