Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Education Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. This role is crucial in strengthening our community relationships and increasing student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries into successful student enrollments by effectively communicating the value of STEM education.
• Maintain a structured follow-up system to engage and nurture potential students and parents.
• Provide comprehensive information about SOAR STEM Schools, academic programs, and unique learning opportunities.
• Create and maintain detailed databases for personalized engagement with prospective students and their families.
• Assess and analyze the marketing needs of different branches, contributing innovative ideas for student outreach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to develop strategies for community engagement and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Prior experience in student admissions, sales, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in data management and CRM tools is a plus.
