Senior Manager – (Educational Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic and administrative operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for institutional growth.
• Lead and mentor faculty and management staff.
• Ensure quality standards in teaching, learning, and student support services.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare progress reports for top management.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related field).
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in the educational sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campuses/projects effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving institutional goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
