Company Overview

We are an Australian-based leading education agency specializing in the Higher Education and Vocational College sectors. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Senior Admission Officer for our Lahore office. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced professional who can take ownership of the admissions process and provide guidance to both clients and junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Processing: Oversee and accurately complete application forms while ensuring all supporting documents are included. Submit applications to education providers within strict deadlines.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional advice, guidance, and updates throughout the admission process.
  • Database & Records: Maintain a structured and efficient database of applicants, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
  • Team Collaboration & Supervision: Coordinate closely with the Sydney-based Team Lead, provide mentorship and support to junior admission officers, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the admissions team.
  • Research & Development: Stay updated on global university options, admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, rankings, and fee structures. Share insights with the team to enhance knowledge and service quality.
  • Client Experience: Guide clients in building strong academic and professional profiles that align with university requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Training & Networking: Attend training sessions with partner universities’ international student officers and represent the company professionally.
  • Task & Data Management: Assist in managing the central client resource system, ensuring organized information flow and timely task completion.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or a related field. Prior experience in an education consultancy or international admissions will be highly regarded.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and document management.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support team members.

Additional Information

  • Training will be provided; however, a proactive and independent approach is essential.
  • This position demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • The Senior Admission Officer will report directly to the Sydney Team Lead.

Work Details

  • Office Time: 6:30 am – 3:30 pm (Pakistan Standard Time)
  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Location: Lahore (Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
