Senior Overseas Educational Counsellor UK / Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Counselor with expertise in the UK education market. The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance to students, helping them explore educational opportunities, select the right courses, and plan their career paths effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students’ academic goals, interests, and career aspirations.
• Provide expert advice on suitable programs, universities, and educational pathways in the UK.
• Guide students through the entire application process, including university selection, documentation, and admission requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with UK-based educational institutions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of admission policies and opportunities.
• Stay informed about trends and changes in the UK education system to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to student counseling and application processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years to 5 years of experience in counseling for UK higher education.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK education system, visa processes, and available academic pathways.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, student-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UK Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
