Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – UK Based

IBSTEC is looking for a motivated and experienced UK Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare and nursing professionals for our UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare and nursing roles in the UK.
• Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely placements.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UK healthcare/nursing recruitment (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
