Staff Augmentation Specialist

Atrium Solutions is seeking a Staff Augmentation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, source top IT professionals, and ensure seamless placements that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify IT talent to meet client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process.
• Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth onboarding of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
