We’re looking for a skilled International Recruiter to join our team and support PCM (Patient Care Management) — a US-based subsidiary of PRG that specializes in delivering high-quality patient care solutions.

In this role, you will be recruiting medical professionals in the US who communicate with patients and collaborate with doctors to build complete and effective care plans. You will play a key part in staffing US-based healthcare teams, making a real difference in patients’ lives.

-What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and screen qualified US-based healthcare professionals including Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants, and other patient-facing roles.
• Conduct first-round interviews to assess communication skills, qualifications, and suitability for PCM’s patient engagement model.
• Coordinate second interviews with the Director and ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Manage and track candidate pipelines, hiring data, and recruitment progress to maximize efficiency.
• Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US employment practices and healthcare hiring trends.
• Promote PCM’s value proposition, benefits, and mission to attract top medical talent.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with clear, timely, and professional communication.

-What You Bring:

• Exceptional spoken and written English – must have a neutral or US accent for communicating with American professionals.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume or healthcare recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Indeed, job boards, and networking groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills — able to handle multiple roles at once.
• Confidence in conducting interviews via Zoom, phone, or online platforms.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and healthcare industry practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Night Shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PKT)
• Aligns with US business hours – must be comfortable working nights.
