Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Civil Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience as Head of Department or in a similar senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Civil Engineering Department, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
• Develop team capacity through mentorship, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, resources, and departmental operations.

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering (required).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a leadership position within civil engineering.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
• Valid professional engineering license (preferred but not mandatory).
