Job Title: Jr. Safety Executive

Experience: 2-3 yrs is Safety Managment at Construction

Education: Any graduate with Diploma in Industrial Safety

Department: Safety and Environmental Management

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all statutory safety regulations, company safety policies, and procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near misses.
• Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Maintain and update all statutory safety registers and documentation.
• Report, record, and investigate all accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain incident statistics and prepare monthly safety reports.
• Conduct safety induction programs for new employees and workers.
• Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and periodic refresher training.
• Promote safety awareness and safe work culture among all employees and contractors.
• Carry out regular safety audits, fire safety checks, and equipment inspections.
• Monitor scaffolding, electrical connections, lifting tools, and heavy equipment for compliance.
• Ensure emergency preparedness through drills and mock exercises.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and external agencies for safety compliance.
• Liaise with statutory authorities (like Factories Inspectorate, Fire Department, etc.) when required.
• Support management in implementing ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Maintain safety records, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety performance reports.
• Ensure documentation for statutory audits and certifications is up to date.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
