Job Description

The Health Care Quality Officer is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring that healthcare services provided in a medical institution meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This professional is tasked with monitoring, assessing, and implementing quality improvement processes and policies. The primary goal is to enhance patient care and satisfaction by adhering to health regulations and organizational goals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare quality management preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage quality improvement initiatives.
• Certification in healthcare quality management or similar field is advantageous.
