JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on improving standards of care, policies and procedures.
  • Train healthcare staff on health information system deployment and management.
  • Provide technical support, optimize network security and maintain databases.
  • Ensure compliance in healthcare information management regulations.
  • Document processes, maintain records and prepare reports.

Other Job Functions:

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with Person-Centered Care values.
  • Adhere to all policies, plans and programs within Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on information related to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Health Informaticist or a similar role.
  • Exceptional understanding of health information system design and database management.
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration is preferred.
