Health & Safety

  • Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements
  • Implement and enforce the Project HSE Plan on site
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts/conditions
  • Review and monitor Method Statements, prepare Risk Assessments, and JSA
  • Ensure safe practices for work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, and electrical works
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
  • Monitor and enforce correct use of PPE
  • Issue and control Permit to Work (PTW) systems
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions
  • Coordinate and meet with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client safety teams
  • Maintain HSE records, registers, and safety documentation
  • Stop unsafe work and recommend corrective actions when required

Minimum Qualification

  • Diploma or degree is preferred
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA
  • Valid First Aid and Work at Height certificates
  • Minimum 2–3 years construction site experience
  • Knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards
