What You'll Be Doing?

• Ensure the implementation of HSE Policy at the site.
• Follow all legal regulations and requirements to update company procedures, instructions, and practices in accordance with these regulations, and revise the practices accordingly.
• Investigate the causes of work-related accidents, first aid cases, near misses, observations, and risks; take precautions and prevent risks.
• Perform process and occupational safety risk analyses in machinery, equipment, equipment installation, or revisions, and take necessary measures. Management of change, work permits, applying LOTO procedures, filling out forms, and reporting.
• Ensure process safety management at the site.
• Ensure that environmental impact assessments, waste management, and other environmental declarations are in regulatory compliance at the site.
• Create effective emergency response plans, train the workforce, coordinate test plans at defined frequencies, and validate the emergency action plan.
• Perform scheduled audits, keep records, and follow up on decisions/actions to be taken.
• Participate in risk assessment activities and update them when required.
• Manage HSE trainings and HSE culture activities.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in various HSE areas, preferably within FMCG.
• At least a min. B-class Occupational Safety Certificate.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, and ATEX standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent team player; organized and proactive.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
