Health Safety Engineer

We have urgent requirement for HSE Engineer person should have good years of experence in power plant industry.

About the Role

Responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards in power plant operations. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, conducts risk assessments, and promotes a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization

Responsibility

• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and statutory requirement
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for critical plant operation
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and implement corrective action
• Develop and deliver HSSE training programs for employees and contractor
• Perform regular safety audits and inspections to maintain compliance
• Prepare and update emergency response plans; lead fire safety and evacuation drill
• Monitor environmental performance, including emissions and waste management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety and sustainability

Qualification

• Education: BE in Health & Safety Engineering or equivale
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in power plant HSSE ro
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent prefer
