Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team in the beautiful resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees, guests, and contractors.

Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.

Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all areas of operation.

Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.

Manage emergency response planning and coordinate drills.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety practices into daily operations.

Stay updated on Egyptian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Provide expert guidance to management on health and safety matters.

Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

Professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent is a plus.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful safety programs.

Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and management.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing safety teams.

Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and safety regulations.

Knowledge of international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).

Native Arabic speaker and fluency in English language skills are highly desirable.
