Health Care Assistant – IVF Center

Location: Khalifa City-Abu Dhabi

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant with a nursing background to join our IVF Center. The ideal candidate preferably has an experience in OB-Gyne or IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) settings and be passionate about providing exceptional care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and nurses during procedures and consultations
• Provide support and care to patients before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Prepare and maintain medical instruments and treatment areas
• Assist in patient education and emotional support throughout their IVF journey
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, health, and safety standards

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Female (Speaks Tagalog)
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Experience in OB-Gyne or IVF departments (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant in the (at least 2 years) in UAE
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Can join immediately
