Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic plan in alignment with the vision and mission.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the organization’s footprint in the healthcare industry.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and alliances to strengthen the company’s position.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare service delivery and business operations.

Financial Management & Investment

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare detailed financial and business proposals for new projects and investors.
  • Manage capital allocation, cost optimization, and funding strategies to support business expansion.
  • Present periodic financial performance reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors and investors.

Project Preparation & Execution

  • Lead project feasibility studies, business case development, and investment justification for new healthcare ventures.
  • Oversee project planning, approvals, and execution to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and return on investment.

Business Expansion & Market Development

  • Identify and develop new markets, service lines, and revenue streams in healthcare.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including investors, government bodies, healthcare partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Spearhead strategic marketing and branding efforts to enhance corporate visibility and trust.

Governance & Leadership

  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, corporate governance standards, and ethical practices.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within healthcare or related industries.
  • Proven experience in corporate strategy, financial management, and business expansion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing investment proposals and leading large-scale projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
