About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong US Healthcare background. You will lead digital marketing efforts to grow our healthcare brand, generate high-quality leads, and increase patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies (awareness to appointment booking)

Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns

Create high-converting content (Reels, Videos, Carousels, Blogs) for healthcare services

Handle SEO, Google My Business, and website performance

Run email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

Strong US Healthcare experience is mandatory (previous work with US hospitals, clinics, telehealth, medical practices, or US-based healthcare clients)

Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, US healthcare marketing regulations, and patient privacy

Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns (Meta + Google Ads) with measurable ROI

Excellent content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)

Must be creative + analytical

Excellent written & spoken English (US English tone & style preferred) + Urdu
