Job Summary

The Guest Service Executive (GSE) – Languages will be responsible for providing excellent patient and guest support by facilitating effective communication in Arabic and Tagalog. The role requires a strong healthcare background to ensure smooth patient coordination, clear communication, and a positive patient experience across hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a language support liaison for patients and families, translating and interpreting in Arabic and Tagalog as required
  • Assist patients with registration, appointments, admissions, discharge processes, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure accurate communication and patient understanding
  • Support international and local patients with hospital navigation and service information
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulations
  • Address patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to patient interactions and support services
  • Contribute to improving patient satisfaction and overall service quality

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in Arabic and Tagalog (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • English proficiency – required
  • Healthcare or hospital experience – mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of hospital workflows and patient care processes
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital systems is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical support role
  • Prior experience in patient services, front office, or guest relations preferred
