Healthcare Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

1st Option Is seeking a creative and motivated Healthcare Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our organization through strategic marketing, community outreach, and digital engagement.

This role is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, designing marketing materials, and building relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, people-oriented, and comfortable using design tools and marketing platforms to promote healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and posts to promote healthcare services
  • Develop and schedule content using tools such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms
  • Monitor messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally

Marketing & Design

  • Design brochures, flyers, marketing packets, and promotional materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms
  • Assist with website updates and online marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing strategies to increase awareness of company services

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with case managers, discharge planners, hospitals, and community partners
  • Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities
  • Assist with referral outreach and partnership development

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Track marketing efforts and outreach activities using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with reporting and marketing performance tracking
  • Support leadership with marketing initiatives and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
  • Experience creating brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Strong graphic design and visual branding skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for tracking marketing activities and reports
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or behavioral health services
  • Knowledge of content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing
  • Experience with community outreach or referral development
