Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Healthcare Marketing Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with healthcare or medical aesthetics experience who can work independently and is passionate about patient-centered care.

You’ll lead marketing initiatives to grow our brand, attract new patients, and retain existing ones through both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
• Create and run digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Coordinate traditional advertising (print, radio, community outreach)
• Oversee website updates and SEO (via third-party vendor)
• Write and design marketing content: emails, blogs, brochures, flyers
• Track campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
• Manage marketing projects and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics
• Strong skills in digital and social media marketing
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
• Experience with website management and SEO
• Comfortable managing multiple projects independently
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines in marketing is a plus
