About the Role

OneWell Health Care is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our San Diego team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine marketing expertise with meaningful impact—supporting our mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and strengthen the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and other channels.
• Develop and manage engaging content that aligns with our values and resonates with our diverse audiences.
• Partner with recruitment and HR teams to promote open roles and drive hiring initiatives.
• Organize and market OneWell’s presence at job fairs, community events, and industry conferences.
• Design professional marketing materials showcasing our services and community impact.
• Track campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of marketing trends in healthcare, nonprofit, and social services sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently enrolled).
• Prior marketing experience or internship is required.
• Experience in healthcare, in-home health care, nonprofit, or disability services strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
