Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and medically knowledgeable Healthcare Operations Executive to manage day-to-day health camp operations. The candidate will monitor camps, verify reports, handle field issues, and provide daily updates to the reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily health camp activities across locations.
• Ensure camps are conducted smoothly as per guidelines.
• Verify and check daily reports for accuracy.
• Cross-check patient data and medical screening records.
• Ensure proper documentation of vitals, lab tests, and consultations.
• Handle real-time issues at camp locations (manpower, logistics, data errors).
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and field teams.
• Submit daily operational reports to the manager.
• Escalate critical medical or operational concerns immediately.
• Basic medical knowledge is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or health camps preferred and no education is required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
