One of the leading medical centers in Qatar is seeking to appoint a General Manager with proven experience as a General Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee medical and non-medical departments to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Oversee operational performance, regulatory compliance, and international accreditations (ISO, JCI, CAP).
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion.
• Foster collaboration, leadership development, and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in healthcare organizations.
