We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with extensive experience in luxury hotels and upscale fine-dining environments. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue objectives across hotel operations and F&B outlets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while expanding and managing a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, event organizers, and luxury brand partners.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, PR activities, social media initiatives, and exclusive promotional events.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and superior guest satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to support informed strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance presentations for senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales and marketing team to consistently achieve departmental targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of proven sales and marketing experience within luxury hospitality and high-end dining establishments.
- Strong track record of revenue growth, client acquisition, and brand development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury hotel and premium dining markets.
