KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being a part of Healthcare Recruitment team, the primary responsibility would be to identify and recruit Nurses/Doctors/Healthcare professional.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
- Responsible for pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
- Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments
- Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
- Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements on regular basis
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining
- Organizing and handling recruitment drives and webinars
What You Need to Have
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in nursing/ healthcare recruitment
- Qualification: GNM, Bsc. – Nursing(Preferred)/ Any Bachelors
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS office tools
- Willingness to travel for recruitment drives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,535.49 - ₹35,000.00 per month
