Healthcare Recruiter

Job location : New York, NY 10017

Shift : 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Length: 3 months, Possible Extension

Pay : $30 - $39/hr without benefits

Education :

Bachelor's degree

Skills:

2 years of recruiting/placement experience in healthcare or equivalent in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to interact with all levels.

Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates.

Ability to generate high-volume, high-quality candidates under tight timelines.

Duties:

Develop sourcing strategies to recruit and retain healthcare professionals.

Act as liaison between HR, hiring managers, departments, and candidates.

Meet placement goals through candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.

Manage applicant tracking system, requisitions, and candidate communications.

Post jobs, identify prospects, and attend recruitment events.

Support interview, selection, and offer process including compensation negotiation.

Oversee onboarding (physicals, background checks, verification).

Support senior staff and mentor coordinator.
