Healthcare Recruiter – Staffing / RPO (Medical & Healthcare Industry)

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team and manage the recruitment of doctors and medical professionals for Australian employers.

This role suits someone with healthcare or professional recruitment experience who enjoys working in a startup environment, engaging with international candidates, and building long-term employer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit General Practitioners and medical professionals locally and internationally
• Engage candidates from the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and other approved countries
• Screen candidates against role requirements, experience, and registration pathways (AHPRA exposure desirable)
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian healthcare employers
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM / ATS systems
• Work closely with Business Development and migration partners

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Experience in healthcare recruitment or professional recruitment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines
• High attention to detail and ethical recruitment approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing startup

Desirable

• Experience recruiting doctors, GPs, nurses, or allied health professionals
• Exposure to international recruitment
• Understanding of the Australian healthcare system
• Knowledge of AHPRA registration pathways

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
