Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Bhayandar East, Mumbai (Candidate must be based in Mumbai)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: 25K to 30K per month (Increment based on current salary)
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Job Summary:
As a Lead Generation Specialist in our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality leads through proactive outreach and data research, contributing directly to our revenue growth in the surgical and ortho implants sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads by making outbound calls and sending targeted emails using provided data sources.
- Research and dig deeper into existing data to gather new leads, contacts, and market insights as per given instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and strategies.
- Analyze lead performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends in surgical implants and healthcare to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (e.g., lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support). Experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or surgical implants field is preferred.
- Must be based in Mumbai, with the ability to commute to our office in Bhayander East.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data handling) and basic CRM tools.
