International Radiology Centre is a leading diagnostic and imaging center offering advanced radiology services with cutting-edge technology and expert professionals.

We are looking for a field-focused Sales Executive who goes outside every day, meets doctors face-to-face, negotiates, and brings referral deals to the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Go into the field daily to visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients

Generate, negotiate, and close referral deals for radiology and diagnostic services

Actively bring new business and referral agreements to the centre

Build and maintain long-term relationships with referring physicians through regular in-person visits

Identify new referral networks, partnerships, and revenue opportunities

Achieve monthly and quarterly deal-based sales targets

Conduct follow-ups, ensure continuity of referrals, and strengthen existing deals

Prepare sales reports and provide real market feedback from the field

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Healthcare, diagnostics, or radiology background preferred

Own car and valid UAE driving license – MUST

Willing and motivated to work in outdoor / field sales on a daily basis

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills

Result-driven mindset with a clear focus on bringing deals
