Relationship officer - Arabic

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive real estate sales and strategic growth in the UAE market. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while representing the company professionally in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and business opportunities within the UAE real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
  • Promote residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals successfully
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and admin) to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and real estate expos as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken required; written preferred)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of UAE property market, communities, and buyer segments
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
