Job Title: Healthcare Talent Sourcer (US Market – Registered Nurses)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Healthcare Talent Sourcer to support our US-based nursing recruitment needs. The primary responsibility will be to source, engage, and pipeline Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals for placement in the United States. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals from the US market.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment databases for talent sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, licensure, specialization, work history, and job readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information, communication, and recruitment activity in our ATS/CRM.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Lead and US stakeholders to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, credential verification requirements, and employment guidelines.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and coordination where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in US recruitment is mandatory (Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of US nursing roles, healthcare staffing, credentialing, or licensing processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
• Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS/CRM systems, etc.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) or healthcare professionals for US hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, or healthcare staffing companies.
• Familiarity with NCLEX, state licensing, and RN credentialing pathways (advantageous, not mandatory).
