We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional - Male with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll management.

Location: PECHS, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for technical and non-technical roles.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions.

- Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management in coordination with the finance team.

- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

- Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR documentation.

- Conduct employee orientation and assist with employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

- Assist in performance management and HR reporting.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 to 3 years of HR experience in the IT sector.

- Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll processing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or payroll systems.
